About us and the role
We are a well-established mortgage and protection brokerage who are currently working with advisers’ clients who would like to leave the industry due to retirement or a job change.
Due to our continuous growth, we are now seeking a range of adviser roles to come and join our team based in the office.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver excellent customer service and represent our business’s customer core values. They will be contacting our firms existing clients to arrange mortgage &/or insurance reviews, as well as, speaking with new enquiries to identify their needs and requirements.
We pride ourselves on offering a holistic service package to all clients, so they will be expected to have a basic knowledge of all financial services products.
All candidates must:
- Customer and/or sales experience
- Have a basic knowledge of financial services industry and have a comprehensive knowledge of the market
- Be professional and self-motivated
- Be willing to learn and expand current knowledge
- Be computer proficient
