Womans face with a split down the middle to represent mental health

Let’s be completely honest: nobody is feeling 100% themselves at the moment.

Whether it’s the worry of unemployment, concern for your family and friends, or generally you’ve been feeling a little off since all of this began, each of us are handling everything in a different way, and if you are struggling to feel whole and productive, or even just generally OK, don’t forget to show yourself some compassion.

One way to tackle the seemingly never-ending year that is 2020, is to do something that brings you joy. It doesn’t have to be anything big, it could be as simple as taking a walk, writing in a journal, reading, turning your phone off for an hour, or just taking five minutes away from your desk.

There is also the option of talking to someone if things are getting too tough, some insurances offer a range of therapy types for you to access, so if you’d like to talk about this, we’re happy to help!
